   I am bidding on 2 different items. One auction ends today. The other in 2 days. If I am successful in winning these items can they be shipped together to save on shipping charges.
   The first item is a black outfit, pants and blouse and the second item is a skirt with leather trim.

   That would be up to the ebay seller. Are you buying both items from the same ebay seller? If so, email the seller and ask if they will combine shipping. As a rule, most ebay sellers will combine shipping. Thanks!
